Hi!
I remember when we would often use Baby's Breath in bouquets and centerpieces. It was pretty common occurrence. For about the last fifteen years, I haven't really used it in any of the decorations or designs.
Not until now!
Elise and Joe were married this weekend and her first flower of choice was the famous Baby's Breath! Her design theme included lace, pearls, crystals, Baby's Breath with a soft touch of pink.
Elise went outside the Bridal shops and traditional design and decided on vintage dresses for her Bridesmaids. All the dresses were darling in different shades of soft pinks. Each gown incorporated lace of some kind and reflected the style of each of her Bridesmaids. They carried an impressive bouquet of Baby's Breath wrapped in vintage lace. The result? Light, airy and perfect!
For their wedding, we lined the aisle with big, giant, fluffy puffs of Baby's Breath on black stands. We strung pearls through and around them and added a touch of vintage lace and waaalaaa.
The arch was covered in grapevine wreaths first, then layered and layered with fresh greens. It was topped off with puffs of Baby's Breath and pearls.
Baby's Breath never looked so good! Congratulations Elise and Joe!!
A special thanks to Alison and her crew at Flower Allie. Well done!
Love and Smiles,
Michelle
