Planning with a Touch of Sunshine- Jones Victorian Estate

Hi!
Laura and Matt came out to California to start their wedding planning for their July event at the Jones Victorian Estate. In only one weekend, we tasted a wide variety of cake flavors and mixed and matched fillings to create their personalized wedding cake. We met and discussed all sorts of ideas and design touches that made selecting the floral accents a walk in the park. They were able to decide on all the bouquets, arch decoration and the centerpieces. Our florist, the amazing Flower Allie, helped us pull together our ideas of Orange and Blue. With these strikingly beautiful Orange Roses and Calla Lillies with the ever gorgeous and classical blue hydrangea, we were able to make her ideas a reality with breathtaking beauty!
The weekend came to a close with the selection of their dinner menu complimented with details on menu cards, napkin color with special folds and gift favor ideas. What a wonderful weekend.
Thank you Matt and Laura! I enjoyed planning with you! I can hardly wait to see it all come together!
Whatever your color scheme; be bold, be dazzling, be you and have fun! The fun never runs out at the Jones Victorian Estate, the unique, private and Orange County venue!!!
Love,
Michelle

The little details that matter...Jones Victorian Estate!

HI!

I just want to say for the record, the little details do matter. They make a stunning difference to any table decoration or wedding! Here are a few ideas for you that I think are wonderful and affordable!!!

For her summer wedding, Rachell didn't miss a lick. She supplied her guests with colorful programs (with pictures of the Bride and Groom!), fans and sunscreen packets! In another basket, she filled it full of colorful parasols! She had painted a sign for a personal touch!

Sometimes, the little details are forgotten or discarded for lack of time or money. Think about them again.

At the bar, Rachell included a yellow (her colors) jar filled with an assortment of Salt Water Taffy, a vintage "Lemonade" sign and a chalkboard with the bar menu! All these little details set her bar apart from the others with very little effort.

Where do you find a guest book? Don't! Make one. Here, Rachell made a scrapbook and the guests picked their page to sign and write a well wish. It's beautiful and a wonderful way to capture those extra pictures you have in that box. (hehe) She found a book with extra pages and had a ball!

Here is my suggestion to you: Make yourself a board or page of little details that appeal to you. Cut out pictures and make your own collage! Take into consideration all sorts of textures (fabrics, feathers, containers and etc), styles (vintage or new wave, etc) and mix it with your colors (all different shades) for fun! See how your creative juices flow even if you don't think you are creative. It will definitely surprise you. This is the best way to begin your planning and you won't have to try to remember what and where that picture you saw in one of the magazines looked like!!!
I'm here for you at the Jones Victorian Estate!!
Love,
Michelle

The Vintage Look is always in Style at the Jones Victorian Estate

Hi!
Dana and Michael's wedding was a beautiful blend of vintage and elegance. She was my Bride that made shipping tags truly amazing! I blogged previously highlighting those wonderful tags and showcasing the use of fresh pears that were embedded deliciously throughout the floral designs.

Here are a few pictures I stole from Jeray Lynn Photography's blog. I can hardly wait to see the rest of the photos.

Dana looks breathtaking!
Sealing the wedding with a Kiss!
The introductions are made
King and Queen

All the men up high and all together!
Dana is surrounded by the loveliness of the grounds!

Dana, your hair, your gown, all your special touches made this day truly spectacular. Thank you for choosing the
Jones Victorian Estate for your Wedding Day! I thoroughly enjoyed working with you!

Thank you Jeray Lynn Photography...a great eye!!

An outside venue at the Jones Victorian Estate

Hi!
The Jones Victorian Estate is just what you are looking for but MORE!!
Lindsay and Justin's pictures are in from Katharine Rose Photography and Design. She
sent me a few I thought you'd like to see!!
Katharine took advantage of our entrance road of the Estate (this is always a huge favorite - kind of like... the road to your future!) as well as the swing in the grassy knoll (who can't resist a bit of quiet time together), interior picture (the Estate offers more backdrops that enable the photographers to show their creativity), wedding ceremony (her colors have such pop!) and bouquet details. ( up close and so pretty)
Lindsay chose all the vibrant colors to blend refreshingly with her Bridesmaid's gowns of red.
The mix of color was a welcome accent to the Estate's backdrop.
Call us today for your one-of-a-kind venue that reflects your style!!
Love,
Michelle
