Silver Candelobras...Wow!!

Hi!
The elegance of silver candelabras! Wow. Ashley and Ron took one look at our candelabras and it was love at first site!
To make it even better, we mixed the silver candelabras with low silver pedestal dished that matched the tall candelabra bases.
The result?
Aaaamazing!
Thank you Flower Allie for the beautiful flowers!

The satin eggplant overlays were a perfect match and an elegant touch to the tables!

A Perfect Purple with Pops of Pink for the Palusso's!

Hi!

I just love the dramatic pop of color. For Ashley and Ron, Purple, Burgundy and Hot Pink were the colors of the day. Flower Allie of Fullerton's flowers are so perfect they actually look artificial. I love it when the plan comes together...

Here are some spectacular photographs from michaeljonathanphotography of the Palusso's!!!

Seriously, these flowers are rich in color and create a beautiful pallet for this shot!

Gorgeous Ashley with her purple and jeweled waist accent! I love her hair! It's so soft and romantic!

And the ladies!!

 Oh so cool, the guys!

Here's Ron and his possy waiting for the first glimpses of Ashley.

I love this photo! I agree Ron, she is stunning!

And now ladies and gentlemen, Mr and Mrs Ron Palusso!!!!

Shelby and Justin!!

Hi!
At last!! I was so excited to post these photographs because I had missed placed the CD!
I hope you enjoy this special day with Shelby and Justin!

Here's Shelby with her twin brother and Mother!!
Shelby chose rich, spring time flowers that really popped with color!

The Bridesmaids dresses set off the beautiful purple in her bouquet!
Up close, the flowers had all the elements of spring! The Monkey Tails (the curly brown accents), the yellow Billy Balls (they really are fun!), the green Coffee Beans (the cluster top right), the green Verbena (looks like mini green hydrangea), the purple Stock (Popcorn on a stem), orange Calla Lillies, orange Ranuculas, peach Roses  and the purple Sweet Peas made these bouquets sensational.

Justin and Shelby on the drive! I love the soft lighting behind them!
The centerpiece was a mix of live herbs and plants, all displayed on a large wood wafer.
Shelby's students helped her make 1000 colorful origami cranes. It's a wonderful task seeped in legion of good luck and answered wishes!
So, we put cranes everywhere and had so much fun doing it too.
I never realized how many 1000 cranes really was. I strung them on fishing line. I stuck them with a wooden skewer for the centerpieces. I draped them, tucked them, placed them and hung them!

The cranes were multi-colored and added that special touch that only they can.

Here they are right outside the Vienna Gates. I love this shot!!

Or this one on the swing!!! Love it!!

This lovely portrait was taken inside the Victoiran House. Love it!
Shelby's hair was so soft and flowing! With the intricate design of the tiny braids, her hair style fit her outgoing personality and joy for life. The fresh flowers added that special touch and her color scheme!

The cake cutting was done with a trowel! They had met on an anthropology dig and so, the trowel was a fitting knife to cut the cake!!

I wish you two the very best! Congratulations!

The Beauty of Silver!

Hi!
Ah, the beauty of Silver! I love it!
Today, my Bride, Tammy, met me over at the Flower Allie Flower Shop in Fullerton.
Allison of Flower Allie,  wove her magic and created a mock up of the centerpieces and fine tuned Tammy's overall  floral order!
I thought it would be fun to post a "before" and "after" picture as the design comes together.

Tammy was excited to use all of our silver pieces after I showed her how beautiful her purple and magenta looks with rich silver! So, we had a start. From there, I added silver tea pots, small silver elements, silver candy dishes and of course, silver candelabras.
In order for the design to really pop, I added silver trays.  (Shown above)

I suggested our silver rimmed china plates for the table numbers! We added a silver boutonniere
holder and waalaa... a lovely accent with fresh flowers. (The plate is blank as I haven't painted the numbers as of yet.)
We are using two different main elements within the overall design. Half of the tables will have a main focal point of the silver Tea Pot....
Dendrobium and Phalaenopsis Orchids, Roses, Heather, Cala Lillies and purple Hydrangea were part of  the mock up! Tammy was trilled!

And the other half, the focal point will be the pedestal candy dishes (larger top flowers)!
Each table decoration along with either the candy dish or tea pot will include two small silver pieces, a beautiful silver tray, a silver candelabra or silver candle sticks along with the silver edged china plate for the table number!!
Is that all?
Nope!

I added a beautiful eggplant satin overlay (a special thank you to Flower Allie for the fabric!) to really give it pop.  Above is another "mock up" table! The napkins will be white but wrapped with a silver ribbon and topped with a dendrobium orchid bloom.
The wedding is just a couple of weeks away! I can hardly wait!!!
Ahhh, the beauty of silver. We have it all here!
