I am in love again, but this time with the ever so exciting Chandelier. This gorgeous accent piece is perfect for any decor... just like a great purse! It goes with everything!

This Arch was accented with hanging crystals, a floral center with a Chandelier below. Where is the photographer when you need one?

Here, the Chandelier was added above the head table for more romance!

Cake display? It's a great place to add the crystal magic that only a Chandelier can bring!

Congratulations, you just got engaged! Wow, how did he do it?

It doesn't take long at all for family and friends to ask, "What's your date? 

Are you planning a spring or summer wedding? 

Where are you getting married? 

What's your theme?

 Have you figured out your budget? 

 How many are you going to have in your Bridal party? Who's going to be one of your Bridesmaids? 

What color are the bridesmaid's dresses? 

Dates are booking fast, when are you going to start looking?"

 YYYYIIIIIKKKKKKEEEESSSSSSS! "I just got engaged, I don't know!" your must be thinking. The stress starts creeping in. You are already starting to get overwhelmed and you haven't even begun the planning!

The brilliant pop of yellow is amazing for Stacy teamed with our Ralph Lauren Black floral linens!

See how beautiful the combination was!

Centerpieces were a wow factor!

We added black candelabras with crystals and the table design was complete! Thank you to Flower Allie of Fullerton for an amazing job with the flowers.

Seating for the wedding with yellow accents with crystals hung from our shepherd's hooks!

And the wedding arch... covered in orchids, roses,  gerbras with black crystals  for that breathtaking backdrop.

Ladders for Wedding Decoration?

Hi!

Are you looking for some fun with your decorations? 

Would you entertain the idea of using ladders for your wedding?

They are rustic and woodsy. They give heigth and texture. They are a perfect backdrop for displays.

In a word, yes!

A ladder may be dressed up with a fresh coat of white paint (or color!) and some fun jewels for that sparkle Bride. 

A ladder may be paired with another for a table... the possibilities of endless. 

Here are a few examples of what we did! 

Jessica used our ladder as a fun decorative addition for the bar. We included photos of her with the Groom, their families and friends to bring out their party side of wedding planning!

 What better place than at the Bar, right? 

It was a conversation piece as well as a warm tribute!

Here, Ashley and James agreed to add the ladder with a touch of color with blue canning jars, flowers and another crate filled with flowers and plants for a special accent piece.  An old wooden tray was added to the top so their monogram "B" would bounce!

 This spot was screaming for attention so the ladder and crate design was a perfect.

Another Favorite!

Hi!

A couple of days ago, I posted my favorite picture from Greg and Erin Wright's wedding

 but I stand corrected!

I love two or three or ... gosh, they are wonderful. 

A big shout out to Marcella Treybig Photography for supplying me with "my favorite" precious photos. (more on the next post)

This is my favorite, really I mean it! It looks like it should be on a magazine cover! Right?!

 I sent it off the image to the "Vows Magazine" to see what they think! 

This really is a great shot! Erin and Greg look amazing AND the dogs are perfect! The dogs each are wearing their floral wreaths, they are looking right at the camera and if you look really close, 

they are smiling for the camera!

This is a keeper!

Carissa and Lee Artavia

Hi!

It was Carissa and Lee's day and the photographs from Gina and Ryan Photography are amazing!

Carissa chose sparkling crystals, the subtle tones of grey and silver with the rich variations of white  flowers as her main theme colors. 

Thank you for the beautiful Flowers! Amazing work by Flower Allie in Fullerton! 

She added a pop of color in the bridesmaid's dresses!

Here's Carissa with her Bridesmaids. Great Shot!

 The flowers are spectacular against the mix colored Bridesmaid's dresses! Carissa decided on a variety of blooms and tones of white for her flowers for her day.  The result... perfect. The grey shoes tied in her theme!

Don't forget about the Groom! Here's Lee and he looks so handsome in his grey suit.

The Bridesmaids and Groomsmen actually sat during their ceremony! I'm sure they appreciated it!  

The kiss... I now pronounce you Husband and Wife.

California Style Snow.... Flowers!

Hi!

It's February and it's also Fruitless-Pear blooming time!

It's what I call, California Style Snow!

These lovely trees bloom like in Robert Browning's Home Thoughts From Abroad,

"And the white throat builds, and all the swallows!

Hark, where my blossomed pear-tree in the hedge

Leans to the field and scatters on the clover

Blossoms and dewdrops -at the bent of spray's edge-

That's the wise thrush; he sings each song twice over, 

Lest you should think he never could recapture

The first fine careless rapture!"

With their delicious scent, the courtyard is transformed into a wonderland of beauty and fragrance!

When the breezes come again, their tiny white flower petals will dance in the wind.

 These corollas become our California snow gracefully blanketing the courtyard below!

It's just another wonderful feature of the Jones Victorian Estate!

Flea Market in Orange!

Hi!

It's Flea Market Saturday in Orange this week! It's downtown Orange just off Chapman Avenue and Almond!  I have found so many treasures here while walking my dog and eating a delicious, freshly made tamale. It's incredibly smaller than the Long Beach Antique Flea Market so you can just relax and enjoy a wonderful outing!  Great for Christmas shopping!!!

What a Sneak Peak!!

Brianna and Christopher were married this weekend and what a day we had!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Le Vu Photography and I had a blast.

One of the best aspects with working with Kevin is his flexibility. I would suggest something and he didn't even hesitate. Before my eyes, he would take my idea to a new level... like the picture below.
